About the event. Growing up in America today is not easy. Simply surviving can be a complicated task. Growing up with divorce, step parents and step siblings, drugs and alcohol, gangs, community violence, absent parents - and more - take a high toll. Yet few places within our society, and even fewer within our churches, are reaching out to help elementary age children deal with the complexities of these high-stress life situations.
There is help — help for hurting children, for stressed out parents, and struggling children’s leaders within our churches and organizations!
This seminar teaches the basic information and skill-building essentials to help make your church or organization a place that offers hope and healing to children who are struggling with some of life's most painful circumstances.
